The sealed electrical header/bulkhead/wall receptacles look good. I've been looking at Digikey's AMP plastic round connectors too (around page 382), which are reasonably priced compared to the mil spec stuff. These would make a nice firewall junction for wiring versus a rubber boot or a poor fitting grommet.
My breadtruck uses the contoura switches. I have one position that does nothing. I'm going to use it as a theft deterent by replacing it with a 3 way contoura with a monetary to one side, then run the starter relay wire through the switch in series with the momentary position of the key switch. By the time you purchase all the pieces, the contoura costs $7-9 each depending on the config but they look great, are modular, and have plenty of flexibility. I've seen them used a lot on high end motorcoaches.
