Here's another bolt-in ball joint. Application is early Mazda pickup, first generation Ford Courier pickup, up to 1981. Moog part number is K9026. Availability looks good, prices run around $22-$25 each from eBay or Amazon.

This is the upper joint. The lower joint is similar but bulkier, Moog nymber B9049.

If your looking for a list of bolt in joints, I can provide it with applications but it will take some time to put together.

We don't know the taper of the joint you've listed, so we don't know what taper reamer would be required to make it fit a different application. The shank size is almost as important as the taper, since a joint can have the same taper as the spindle but the spindle already has a hole to big for the joint to tighten against.
