Provides info on SAI/KPI based on Included Angle/KPA (SAI/KPI plus camber).

I've collected here and there over the years and decided to share these. It's getting hard to find free charts. Some parts stores provide service data that includes alignment specs after registering, but they don't have it for everything. If you have a real service manual for your car, it should be in that. You can also talk to a mech at a tire store who may be able to bring up the specs for you.

The older alignment equipment came with manuals that listed specs. Newer manuals just say check the service manual or pull it up in the program.

AAMCO used to make alignment equipment and there are alignment spec reference manuals that cover a decade or more. Newer spec manuals only cover a few years, maybe only one year.

Best to measure your dims with ball joints, but this gives a rough idea of what's out there for older vehicles.

Feel free to contribute your own specifications to this topic.

Thanks! There are gaps in coverage from 1978 to present for certain makes and pretty much no data from 2000-on.

Tremendous amount of data. This should be a sticky. Well done. Now it is up to us to choose which one to emulate

I didn't see my 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Since I just had it aligned this week and have the data handy, I'll add the specs:

FRONT:
Camber: -0.4 to +0.4deg
Caster: 1.5 to 3.5 deg
Toe: 0 to 0.1 deg
SAI: (No spec, but measures ~13.6 deg)
Included Angle: (No spec)

REAR Camber: -0.3 to +0.3 deg
REAR Toe: 0 to 0.2 deg
Thrust angle: -0.3 to +0.3 deg

Thanks!

A sticky sounds reasonable.

Thanks for posting, for us.
I know when I took my 69 AMX in for an alignment some years back the shop said they didn't have the specs in their data base any longer.
I told them that was why I brought my shop manual along with me.
The internet has a wealth of information, but specifics are often very hard to find.

MV8,
i assume these specs are standard alignment specs for an average road car?
