So I am starting this thread to get feedback on different suspension designs out there.

I would like it to be as follows (if possible)

1) VSusp front and rear
2) Toe settings
3) tire brand and name
4) Wheel Motion ratio
5) Car design intent (track, street etc)
6) Thoughts on the handling and any major compromises you had to make.

I would really like to see inputs from a.moore, wrightcomputing, horizonjob, miatav8, KB58 and pretty much everyone else.

You can build the most awesome thing in the world but at some point, an 80yr old man in a crx is probably going kick your butt on the track... don't ask me how I know.

Lotus Europa

Front Toe: 1/16" to 1/8" Toe In
Rear Toe: at least 1/16" Toe In

Tires: Falken Sincera (one of the few off the shelf 13" tires I could find)

Wheel Motion Ratio : Dont have it handy at the moment (will update when I find it)

Design Criteria: Road use with occasional track day/autocross

Thoughts etc: Haven't driven it yet, front suspension is stock Lotus, rear is home brew based on old Formula car designs.

Is that right? Your front end sits higher than your rear?

The chassis isn't flat. The bottom of the rear hoop is lower than the front box of the chassis. The body and rear hoop are roughly the same distance to the ground, the front box and the backbone sit about 1.5" above the bottom of the floor.
