So I am in the process of ordering new custom adjustable bilsteins (my car seems to be too light in the front to buy anything off the shelf). What i am having issue with is making a graph of what I want Bilstein to make.

Using this cacualtor

This is what I have but what values do you guys think would be fitting for Tire spring (its hard to measure), design Dampening ratio and digressive knee?

My front spring rate is off since my front shocks are really over damped and I would think it should be closer to 125lbs. The rears are not too bad.
* Most spring calculators assume you don't have push rod supension.

I actually did this for the other car I was working and the driver ended up using a very slow rebound (2 click out of 10) because he thought it was too harsh. I think it is great.

Here is what i get if I use the built in Tire spring rate, design Dampening ratio and digressive knee

You can build the most awesome thing in the world but at some point, an 80yr old man in a crx is probably going kick your butt on the track... don't ask me how I know.
