Heavy, but a beautiful design, compact subframe assembly. Planning on using the whole unit, hub to hub. LSD diff, massive discs, ultimate geometry already done. Plan to use the stock struts, but with appropriate spring rates.

I'm doing the same thing with an RX-8. I originally planned on using the stock struts but ultimately decided against it. In the rears they were just too tall. In the front they needed to be vertical and were well outside the body. The struts and mounting brackets would have been pretty atrocious looking. Only thing I found with using the front subframe was it requires the nose cone to be much wider than a normal Locost. On my car it's going to be 5-6" wider.

Glad to see someone else going a similar route. Good luck!
