Not much detail found except that it had heavy batteries and two gasoline powered ICEs.

A plug-and-play all-in-one electric drive system, currently designed for motorcycles, with more powerful versions under development. Batteries extra. Not exactly Locost at just shy of $9000, but it's conceivably powerful enough for a lightweight Locost. Very interesting.
