So, to prove you are a human, please reply to this thread. State your daily driver (e.g. '05 Vespa GT200, 8,500 miles) and a joke (reasonably work-safe).

I'll start:
'05 Vespa GT200 - 8,500 miles

One penguin says, "Heh...it looks like you're wearing a tuxedo!"
The second pengin says, "What makes you think I'm not?"

01 Tundra 187k, no jokes today, but it feels good to use a chain saw today after back surgery in June.

03 Jetta Wagon, just under 100k miles.

As for a joke? How many Alzheimers patients does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

...to get to the other side!

(I apologize in advance if that offends anyone, just rest assured you won't remember it offending you for to long)

Q: What's the difference between inlaws and outlaws?
A: Outlaws are wanted somewhere!

Kona Ute utility bike, or if the trip is longer than a couple miles, '72 Saab model 95 (wagon).

Q: What do you get if you cross a Chrysler and a Fiat?

A: a BIG car that doesn't start.

(I know, the irony of an old Saab guy telling a joke about Fiats not starting is funny by itself.)

Yo, OddSaabs-
I find irony in your screen-name. I mean, are there any Saabs that aren't odd? (Prior to the GM takeover, at least, when they were still Saabs!)

No offense intended, I love Saabs, especially those piloted by Erik Carlsson! ("Ooh ya, you must remember to downshift vile de vheels are in the air..." No wonder they called him "On the Roof"!) Saabs were wonderful, quirky, "odd" little boogers with lots of character. I'm hoping that Saab will return to that, now that they're not crushed by GM's corporate mandates.

Regards-
JD "I like MG's" Kemp

That's My Boy!
Must have been more wrong with it than just being "on the roof" or he'd have turned it upright and driven on... Actually, there's a story that says he did roll one of the old 2-strokers in the "Shield of Africa" rally, all the way over on the roof, onto the other side and back onto the wheels and he never stopped moving! I like to believe it's true...

I am building a car from steel tube and some plans in my mind. The joke is that I expect it to actually work when I'm done. I'm not sure if the joke is on me or not.

Ya know, my Mama used to tell me that if I didn't quit playin' in the dirt, I'd never amount to anything. Here I am, +/- 50 years later, a professional geologist/well drilling expert. I don't know if I proved her right or wrong!?!?!?

I met a girl in the park and there was an instant spark between us. She fell at my feet and I made love to her.
