You can easily determine the rate of those springs by standing on one and seeing how much it compresses.

Or you can measure the OD, the wire size (not over the paint) and count the number of active turns.

Whatever the rate they are probably too stiff for a 7 if used at close to 1:1.
I had them on a 2500lb Superformance Cobra with about a .5 or so motion ratio and they were not soft.

.478 and .540 are the coil wire size

For our mako style Exo car we had to buy some 2.25" springs (7" length). After an exhaustive search the best place I could find them was at Peter Lloyd Rallying.

For those that want the shocks but would need softer springs. They sell springs for around $70 per pair. Those shocks look pretty similar to the GAZ units I have on my Ginetta. Easily adjusted and pretty durable!
