I gave up on the curved windshield stuff and ordered a windshield frame kit from Kinetic Vehicles and I am very pleased. The frame fit my scuttle right out of the box. Jack at Kinetics did a great job! Jack had to use a longer piece of channel because my scuttle is bigger than the original Lotus scuttle - that's because I made it fit my dash - instead of the other way around. I know that's backwords but I really wanted to make the Datsun roadster dash work. Any way take a look at http://www.flickr.com/photos/64lotus7

The windshield looks great and so does the dash!

Neato! I'm glad it worked. I'm always a bit nervous when I send out a frame that's been matched to a drawing, but so far so good. And I too like the dash.
