That would be a V8 that the worlds most popular kit car is based on also using a V8. Of course we all know that the 9.4 sec, 0-100-0 world record is held by a V8 kit car, the Ultima.

Did I mention V8's and popular in the same sentence?

Started on number 8....
Maybe its the repetition, maybe a more organized shop, or both but its getting much easier to build these now :D

Made a few changes on Marty's car while we wait on the trans and custom intercooler.
The silver wing is for mock-up, new wing on its way.

Finished the front wing mounts, checked for adjustability and strength (using the shop 180lb static load tester)...Check :mrgreen:

and in my spare time finished the chassis on #007, primed it (customer wants paint instead of powder coat), test fit the engine/trans, and some of the FG.
Now I have to design a full cage for her and uhm....sleep a little :shock:
