Anybody in the DFW area have tire scales? I'm dying to get and actual number before making some body decisions.

Body laying on it. I'm getting real close to first drive. Just need an accelerator pedal and drive shaft.

If that picture accurately captures your front end alignment, I'd say the car will turn left like a sumbich. Right turns, not so much...

Here's a page I found that gives a pretty good walkthrough of how to do an alignment.

Goal today is a working e brake. Don't want to do first drive without one. Ive got a leaky rear brake line and want to know I can stop. Routing these thick cables is a serious pain!

Hand brake is working, throttle cable is working, just got my shift linkage rebuild, and ordered my driveshaft today! Look for a first drive video within the week!

The fumes are pretty nasty, so you'd want to do it outside.

Pool acid (hydrochloric) + zinc = hydrogen gas, so watch it with sparks or open flame.

I use the outline feature of a word processor. I have it already. It allows you to re-order, expand, contract, and of course, add & delete to a list. I copy & paste major items from my over-all plan, which I laid out using the chapters in the "Book" & the "Haynes Roadster" book by Gibbs several years ago. I use that to add detail to items. You can out in pictures or scanned sketches too, so that helps add detail.

I try to keep my "Immediate To-Do List" to one page, or it seems overwhelming. Also, I can reproduce it easily if it's lost or damaged. It's just one approach. It works for me anyway.

Cheers,
