I double and triple checked my cut, it seems the bottom of the front frame doesnt sit flush according to the voudo design? Or did I make a mistake. Here is a picture of my fitting. Looking at the cut, it doesnt seem it would sit flush.

Actually now that I really look at the plans, the beveled compound cut is a parallel o gram. Theres no way a parallelogram will sit flush on a square!!

I think if this is the case, I am okay in this situation?

You're right, you just have to do the best you can. You need to be a little more careful with your welding there, where there are gaps it's easier to burn through the tube.
