The last is, unless you know that a particular application is otherwise, the filter rings are square in cross-section and the rubber is very hard, usually with tiny grooves (like lathe marks) on the mating surface.
Thank you, I took your advice and bought a filter with a square-shaped rubber sealer from the dealer. Thank God the machine was wound up and no extra knocking is audible.
While we have a summer decided to transport the car to your garage, for several reasons. The first is that next to the house, the second that would not pay rent, the third is closer to the roads.
This week I tried to solve the problem of Chinese coilovers. They had two main problems. First, they are very hard on the rebound, and the second is not a correctly designed reverse piston. After the autopsy, it turned out that the main piston has large holes for the compression stroke and very small ones for the rebound, and moreover these openings are covered by four valves. I left only one. The return piston simply jams and the shock absorber ceases to work. Temporarily collected as is, just smeared the back piston. In the future, I will grind new ones (turner while on vacation).
And I was weighing the car on the floor scales. Let it be rude but I know the weight (~520kg).
I also bought racing tires !!
