Does anybody know if a similar muffler to the Westfield one is available on this side of the pond? Thanks, Ron.

Does it have to be as long as the one in your link? If not, I'd try looking at what's available for motorcycles.

Cheers,

This is what I used - carbon fiber/titanium....reasonably quiet and very light weight

IIRC, somebody here made a carbon fiber muffler, or wrapped one. I did a brief search and cannot find the posts. I believe it was 5+ years ago. Anyone else remember who it was?

Thanks for the replies. I did think about a R1 muffler as I used to have an R1. It will be too loud as I am pretty fussy on how quiet a car is - not 25 years old anymore! I have a Superformance S1 with a Zetec and the custom muffler on it has loose baffles inside. I might get it repaired but I love the look of the Westfield one as it matches my carbon fibre dash!
