You need this to match your username. I seem to recall from another forum that you had a Spitfire at one point.

I'm guessing not a bec. Looks like glass rear fenders. The lemans nose is available for these in fiberglass.

Yes, I had two racecars (autocross) and 3 street spits. The blue one had a rotary in it. The yellow one was my fathers he bought new in 1975 and turned into an autocrosser-he sold it and I found it 27 years later and I restored it as my first racecar... The DMOD Europa behind it in the picture was also mine, it was the nationals winning car 4 years in a row ( not me as driver) and had a Cosworth 2 liter BDG in it.

Photos?

Cheers,
Damn! That front slip angle is way too large and the Ackerman is just a muddle.

Good for you. I see so many great deals on BECs in England it makes me want to get a shipping container.... Probably get 4 of those puppies in a 20' container with some creativity!

Do you notice an rpm stumble around 5-6krpm? I had it with my 01 (carb) and 02 (fi) engine in the car as a result of the exup valve being removed. Is the ECU tuned?
