belt pulley change

The pully with the red arrow is my water pump (impotant) and it is driven by the back of my serpentine belt. Where can i go to learn how to replace it with a pully that can receive the inside of my belt? (that way i can delete the power steering pump and AC compressor)
if you google something like this you get unhelpful search results.
thanks!

Find a ribbed pulley on a car of similar diameter and adapt it to fit. Is the pulley to the left of the water pump ribbed or smooth? If smooth and you're feeling really adventuresome, you could put it on a lathe and add grooves. Probably faster to just look for a ribbed one.

i just realized that doing this would spin my water pump backwards. i need to find a pump designed to go the other way.

Or.....
You can put idler pulleys in place of the AC and PS pulleys and keep the same belt geometry.

There is a grooved idler for this engine when AC is not equipped. It goes between the crank and water pump forward of the tensioner and replaces the timing cover bolt. You need to keep the power steering system or mount a grooved idler (to the three mounting holes on the timing cover) that puts the belt at the same position for adequate wrap around the water pump pulley. Should be able to use the non-ac with power steering belt for the car.

yes, again youre right. - i ended up using the AC compressor to fabricate a blank tension pully to push against the water pump.
