 Post subject: MK Indy R1 weight?

Does anyone with an MK Indy, with an R1 motor, have a weight scale receipt? I took mine in to transfer the title, and they want me to have it weighed, I can't find a local company that does it. The DMV said If I could provide a scale receipt for the same model car, I could use that. MK INDY R1

Take it to the land fill and ask for a receipt. Could also try truck stop scales but probably not very accurate for the weight.

Called them, won't do it. May have to go to a scrap yard.

I have a locost with an r1 engine. Its about 1240lbs. What does your title say on it for make and model?

Update--

Found a moving company with scale, took the car down, weighed in at 1080 lbs, took receipt to DMV, all is good.
