Chuck - meant it as the earlier windshields are probably easier to use for a custom application versus the later ones. You would just need a plate or pad that backs up to the inside of the sheet metal instead of a bracket coming off of the tube frame that is floating in 3D space.

I think your assumption about the contour is correct. There isn't much contouring to them.

A while back I bought two Mk. II Sprite project cars.
At least one is very restorable.
The other may yet provide the basis to make the "Missing" molds, if I can ever scrape up the time and energy. :BH:
