In the photos of the production (not the red 'prototype') chassis and bodywork, the head fairing appears to have been extended taller, but more importantly a functional roll hoop extending above it. I haven't seen the specs on it, but it at least meets the height and construction strength requirements for a British sanctioning body (MSA) for track day use.
