I'm wondering if anyone on here has such a wind screen on their Locost?

I contacted Kit Cars, and they were a bit reluctant to provide too much info regarding dimensions. I suspect they don't want to provide them, and then somehow be "liable" if it doesn't fit. He did provide outside tip to tip with the advise that there is some flexibility. I don't really want to lay out that kind of dough, plus shipping, taxes, import, conversion, and then find out it doesn't fit. If someone on here has ordered one, I'd love to chat.

Cheers

Trochu, a windscreen like hat would not be a difficult build as a wet layup (over a foam plug - edit). But will any Canadian (province - edit) allow it on the road?

My plan is to run a 'flyscreen' like that on mine (which also bypasses the requirement for wipers).
I figure, worst case, I could buy some lexan [or similar] & cut to fit on my own, then tint or vinyl wrap it. Plan is to run it just high enough to keep 'most' of the wind off the occupants.

I made my own since I am not using a standard scuttle. Its not as fancy as theirs but does the job. Eventually I plan to make it out of aluminum rather than steel and have it hang over the edges of the scuttle like theirs, but its low on the priority.
