Hello, it has been a while since I have posted. My Rotary Powered Locost 7 has been up, running and licensed since 2016! Car is doing great, runs great and is a blast to drive. I also have been very successfully racing the car this year. Nicole Johnson (pro race car driver... king of the hammers, and raced Scooby Doo monster truck for years) did a documentary on my Locost 7 and was released today. Wonderful video, the car absolutely rips. Its great to know you got that legal in Ca despite all the engine work, if ever in need of motivation I'll be coming back to this. |

We took Angeles Forest as a detour from Lancaster/Palmdale en route to Disney. We were in my wife's Flex with the kids, so it wasn't overly spirited, but I'd love to go back & run some of those roads in a sports car or motorcycle. IIRC, we were running at or 5 mph over the limit & were holding back the regulars. Took advantage of a wide shoulder to let traffic by & give the kids a breather, one was getting a bit queasy. |

Definitely NOT Mulholland Drive! Angeles Crest is a possibility, but probably Not. Born & raised in Western LA County. A lot of my adolescent years were misspent on Mulholland Dr. with a buddy and his competition chassied TR-4A. |
