G'day all, I am in the very early planning stages of my first build and very new here, have been reading though alot of posts and from what I can tell everyone still pretty much uses the same chassis design from the books except maybe slightly longer/wider or adapted to suit different OEM suspension. With the updated book being released in 2007 and many builds taking place since then im just wondering has the chassis design advanced since then? With everyone experience have any flaws been found in the design? Is there a latest design revision that people follow now or should I stick to the books design and only change to suit my required width? At this stage I plan to use Miata / MX5 as a donor car and base my suspension off that. Thanks in advance! |
