What a great combo.
I'm a fan of Jeremy's designs.
I knew I'd seen this before: https://bigchickenhotrods.com/subaru/

Do you have a guard or body work to protect the transaxle?

Thanks for asking,
The floor pan extends to the rear, protecting the engine/trans from bottoming

Can you post a shot showing the rear?

Interesting that I don't think the J15 has ever been mentioned on this site before, and we've now got two (one never started kit, and this finished one) posted for sale within a few days of each other.

I thought I had but we can't search for less than four numbers/letters. I mentioned it on USA7s recently.
Very little overhang on the rear of a J15 so it would stick out pretty far but not much can be done except add a guard/ nerf bar.

I assume it is similar to this one https://youtu.be/SIwuJb0m-Ec

Also here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sylva_A ... 0_Rear.jpg

This is a descendent of the Fury also a very sexy car.

Except that there is a longitudinal transaxle necessarily protruding out the back. Potential buyers will want to see how that was handled.

So this is the one in the build log listed above? It's a gorgeous car for what would seem to be a reasonable price. Would prefer to see an EZ series 6 in there, but I'm sure its a blast nonetheless.

Sort of... in that its from the same designer, Jeremy Phillips (Sylva) but beyond some resemblance they are quite different...

The Fury and the vast majority of his designs were more traditional aero bodied sevens. There were very successful in UK circuit racing with both car and bike engine. Typically faster top end due to the aero and often lighter than direct alternatives. These include Star, Leader, Striker, Phoenix, Fury, Stylus.

Later he moved to mid-engine designs to address the reduced number of front engine rwd. donors and the greater availability and efficiency of transverse layouts. Jester, Mojo, Riot and J15/16 were all mid-engine. A quick look at the width of the tunnel confirms that it is structural and for coolant pipes and gear linkage only. There's no room for a transmission.
Duratec, zetec, MGF, Subaru, Ford Sigma (Zetec SE), Hayabusa, Fireblade have all been fitted to the J15.

The eBay auction has a But It Now of $11,900, amazing value.
