no prob. i found it useful, hope somebody else does too. even if every shock has a +/-10% error the listing is a good starting point.
i've figured out which shocks in theory to use but where do i find more info on the specifics of inboard suspension? this thread is more general stuff. i'm looking for the finer points like angle of pushrod compared to shock, differences and effects of different bellcrank designs, formulas to figure wheel rate vs. spring rate vs. whatever else needs figured? i know there is a lot of stuff scattered about the forum but should we try to start a thread to specific technical details.
or what books? i know of the tune to win/drive to win/i want to win(ok i'm paraphrasing) series but they are all kind 20-30 years old. are they up to date with inboard design info and multi link IRS and such things? or is there maybe a definitive newer release that covers everything? like the suspension equivalent of the turbo bible, Corky Bell "Maximum Boost"?
ok now that i'm done sounding like a noob thats too lazy to use search i'll shut up and disapper back into 'chronic lurker' mode
