That relay looks lonely. I prefer the hockey tape too but they don't play much hockey down here, eh?!
The bends are made by an experienced 3/4" bender I bought off eBay for $25?, can't remember. It has a 4" radius bend and bends 3/4" .065" like a hot knife through butter.

Front fender stays 90% done, because I'm using steel fenders on this build there is one more brace I want to add for rigidity. Some pics.

It seems that I've come to a point in this build to send the fenders and nose cone to the "Boy" for splashing on some color. We've decided on Atomic Orange. He disassembled a Harley this winter for a customer and painted it Atomin Orange. I'm still wiping drool from my chin. This is what he does......
