Bomber seat build -
The seat is made from 0.063 1100 aluminum. could use 3003, 5052, etc.
The sides are 0.125" 3003 aluminum.
Rivets are 3/16", 1100 aluminum from Aircraft Spruce. These are bucked rivets, not pop rivets

2nd 1/2 of the bomber seat build
I used a few fancy tools, but this can be done 100% by hand.
drilling and riveting took the most time. Close to 200 rivets per seat
