Fuel Line Clips

What are you guys using for braided fuel line clips? Found something I thought would work really well but alas, seems they are for RC cars only.

I used P clips. You can use 2 180* apart with one mount screw to route 2 lines. They're rubber lined so no wear on the lines your running, whether fuel or brake lines, or electrical wires in loom.

That's what I used too. I believe Princess Auto had a decent selection. Other options may be Newline/Greenline.

I should probably just go with P clips. Was hoping for something a bit more elegant. Was thinking these:

They are pretty cheap, pack of four for around $13.00. The bottom isn't flat though and I wasn't pumped about metal on metal for securing them to the frame.

Also reasonably cheap at six for around $16.00. Requires twice as many holes as the P clip though.

P clips are cheaper though, 15 for about $13.00, and nobody is likely going to be seeing them in the tranny tunnel anyway.

P clip/addel clamps are much better and less than 50 cents each generally. Standard aircraft bits.

Seems like it would be an easy part to 3d print. Perhaps you have a local "makers space" that could help you out? Material selection might be tricky. We use something exactly like this for cable routing in the bicycle industry but made of aluminum.

how long a run of hose are you using, solid metal line is a must in racing and a maximum of 6" of flexible hose total in the engine compartment.

i have solid line from my tank to the engine bay and 5" of factory FI specific flex line to my fuel rail with compression fittings on my sender unit/fuel pump and on the metal filter.

I talked to multiple guys, chatted with tech at Summit, performed extensive internet research, and I'm pretty sure my way is better, especially considering the higher elevations in Alberta. You should try my way on your current build. Pretty sure you'll be able to feel the increased performance.
